What happens on this website

The intake form prepares a request in your browser. Its contents are not submitted to Threadright by the website. You decide whether to copy the request, download a local intake file, or open your email app and send it.

The form does not upload a manuscript, charge a card, or create a confirmed order. It does not use browser storage to save your draft; your browser may independently offer autofill or restore a tab. Downloaded files and copied text remain under your control.

This site’s code sets no analytics or advertising cookies, includes no advertising trackers, and does not send form data to analytics services. Cloudflare serves the site and may process technical request information such as IP address and browser metadata for delivery and security.

What we receive when you contact us

We receive the name, email address, manuscript details, files, and correspondence you choose to send. Intake details help us understand the work and your revision priorities. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.

No card information is collected by this website. Any payment method and processor are identified in the payment instructions before you pay. Do not email card details.

How your information is used

We use submitted information to assess the request, produce and deliver the audit, respond to questions, administer the included second read, process payment, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell manuscript or intake information or use it for advertising. We do not use manuscripts to train our own models.

Analysis uses software hosted with Cloudflare and AI processing through Anthropic’s commercial API. Email correspondence is handled by the email services used to send and receive it. We can confirm the current provider arrangements before you submit; this website does not itself transfer your manuscript to an analysis provider.

Retention and your second read

Default: manuscripts and working analysis files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on your written request. Ask us to confirm deletion by email.

Optional second-read retention: the intake lets you request retention of your initial manuscript and working baseline for up to 12 months from first delivery, solely to support the included second read. The request is not activated by the form: we confirm the arrangement by email. Retention ends when the agreed period expires, or earlier if you ask.

You can decline extended retention and still request your included second read within 12 months. Keep your original manuscript and delivered files. We will confirm what needs to be resupplied and any limits on comparing versions before starting that read.

Delivered reports, intake records, invoices, and correspondence are business records and may be kept separately from working analysis files. Ask us which records apply to your order and how long they are needed. A manuscript sent as an email attachment may also remain in correspondence; include attachment copies when requesting deletion.

Access and confidentiality

Access to manuscripts and working files is restricted to the service operator and the providers needed to perform the service. We do not publish your manuscript or report as a public sample without separate permission. Email and the website are different delivery channels; ask about an alternative arrangement before sending sensitive material.

Your requests

Email us to request access, correction, deletion, or a change to baseline retention. We aim to respond within 30 days and explain any records that must be retained. Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable privacy law.
